Follow the Product Through the Factory
Each production area has a clear role. The exact route changeswith the product, while approved specifications guide materials, construction, customization and finishing throughout the process.
01 SHEET EXTRUSION & FILM BLOWING
Material Preparation
Selected raw materials are processed into sheets and films for
different product structures and applications.
Once prepared, the materials move to the appropriate production
lines for cutting, forming or further processing.
02 FORMING THE MAIN PRODUCT BODY
Cutting, Folding, Welding& Bag Making
Sheets and films are cut to the specified dimensions, then folded,welded or formed according to the approved product design.
These processes create the main bodies, pockets and componentsused in document bags, L folders, sheet protectors, index dividersand other filing products.
03 FLEXIBLE STRUCTURES, SECURE DETAILS
Sewing & Zipper Bag Production
Materials and components are prepared, sewn and fitted with zippersor other details according to the required product structure.
This production area supports zipper bags, mesh bags, documentpouches and portable storage products in different sizes, materials
and designs.
04 MOLDED PRODUCTS & COMPONENTS
Injection Molding
Plastic products and components are formed using injection-molding
equipment. Depending on the product design, molded items move to
finishing, assembly or direct packing.
This area supports storage products, organization accessories andmolded components used across different product ranges.
05 APPROVED ARTWORK, APPLIED WITH CARE
Printing & Customization
Logos, graphics, product information and decorative elements areapplied according to approved artwork and order specifications.
Printing methods are selected according to the material, product format and required finish, supporting branded products andcustomized retail designs.
06 BRINGING EVERY COMPONENT TOGETHER
Assembly & Finishing
Individual parts are brought together and finished according to the approved sample and product specifications.
Depending on the product, this stage may include component fitting,binding, trimming, fastening and other finishing work before theproduct moves to inspection.

Materials, dimensions, thickness, welding, sealing and product construction are checked at relevant stages of production.

Product function, appearance, printing, quantity, labels,barcodes and packing details are reviewed before shipment
preparation.
